OUR THIRD CONSECUTIVE YEAR TO BE LISTED ON CRN NEXT-GEN 250 LIST

The annual list highlights up-and-coming solution providers that are new to the market, and take a smart and different approach to solution selling and integration. The Next-Gen 250 honors those solution providers zeroing in on lucrative and emerging technologies, among them cloud computing, mobility, virtualization, unified communications, business analytics and business intelligence. These companies stand out from the pack when it comes to transforming their business or breaking into new technologies.

INTRODUCING OUR CODE SOLUTIONS

We’ve compiled our most useful code solutions for you. Our code page is full of bytes to keep your farm running.
Do you find it difficult to use InfoPath to create forms? It can take hours or years to learn the ins and outs of InfoPath. Not to mention, sometimes InfoPath is a bulldozer when all you need is a hammer. Our featured solution this month is Forms 7, a lightweight InfoPath alternative that uses a jQuery plugin to allow users to create forms quickly and easily… using basic HTML skills. This slice of code works on SharePoint 2007, 2010 or 2013.

DEPLOYING SANDBOXED SOLUTIONS TO AN OFFICE 365 PUBLIC SITE...WELL, MAYBE

So, a couple of months ago, I set up a new Office 365 site where I could test out some of the things that I’ve been working on in an environment that was stable, controlled, and most importantly, not administered by myself. I previously had an instance of the SharePoint 2010 BPOS (Business Productivity Online Suite) where I deployed a couple of sandboxed solutions, dropped some blog posts, and all was good. Let’s just do that same thing again, shouldn’t be hard, right? Yeah, not so much…

A SIMPLE JQUERY CONTENT SLIDER FOR SHAREPOINT

I've come to accept that a lot of you guys appreciate the technical content that gets put together in these blogs, but at the end of the day you have a job to do. As much as you like to read my ramblings for HOW to do something, you just want to “Get it working” and get on with the rest of your job. I hear you, I get it, and based upon the response from my previous blog post on creating tabs for your web parts (TABBED WEB PARTS IN SHAREPOINT 2013 / OFFICE 365) I realize that I should throw together a few more of these “plug and play” scripts to help you guys get your jobs done.
So, I had previously posted a blog on using a content slide in SharePoint where I walked your through using SPServices to read your slide content from SharePoint lists and explained how to use the library that I found that worked nicely in SharePoint.
