Why we serve

Summit 7 Systems engages with every organization and respective project with a singular motive – redeem the way people work. We apply the latest from Microsoft and best practices to enable individuals and tear down impediments. This desire carries over into how Summit 7 and its employees approach giving and serving in the greater community. We strategically partner with four efforts to redeem the lives of children, young adults, and veterans in both local and national contexts. We call it the Redemption Project. Partnership for us is more than writing a couple checks a year, we also provide free consulting services to help these organizations have higher impact.

Where we serve

Kids to Love

Since 2004, the Kids to Love (K2L) Foundation has been able to reach over 200,000 foster children, rescuing them and meeting their needs. K2L helps them succeed through four educational programs, and has awarded 448 scholarships in its history. K2L also equips more than 5,000 foster children in AL and TN with supplies for their new school year. Summit 7 sponsors five children during the holiday season and volunteers at K2L headquarters to package gifts and supplies for sponsored kids.

Warriors at Ease

Warriors at Ease (WAE) was founded in 2009 with the mission to bring the healing power of yoga and meditation to military communities around the world, especially those affected by combat stress, trauma and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Our team helped WAE recently redesign their website by designing and developing the website/cod, creating an interactive teacher locator map, migrating content, packaging a how-to guide for web administration, and providing training sessions.

Operation PAR

Operation PAR provides effective treatment and services to help those impacted by substance abuse and mental health in South Florida. Summit 7 Systems donated $23,000 in professional services time to Operation PAR  to create a SharePoint based training solution to manage training, certification, and continuing education for substance abuse treatment professionals. The solution enables Operation PAR to better combat substance abuse in South Florida and do more with less.

Wounded Warrior Project

Wounded Warrior Project® (WWP) serves veterans and service members who incurred a physical or mental injury, illness, or wound, co-incident to their military service on or after September 11, 2001 and their families. Summit 7 gives annually to this organization, and participates in several local fundraising events in the Huntsville area. With several retired service men and women on staff throughout S7S’ history, our team seeks to find every opportunity to serve this community
